Melissa has been my stylist for several years. She listens and then cuts and colors my hair the way we talked about, not dismissing our conversation and doing her own thing to my hair. The quality of her work is very consistent. I can get in quickly, but not so quickly that you wonder if she has trouble drawing a clientele.
Pros: Melissa really listens and then does what I want.
Cons: unflattering natural light at one end of room
