My friend takes her dog to this animal hospital and I was appalled at what I saw and heard. They only have one doctor there, and she seems very overwhelmed with everything. She was extremly rude. Her assistant was a young man that tried to pass himself off as a doctor. He had limited knowledge of vet medicine and much of what he said made no sense. The place was filthy and when we had to go into the treatment room we could see how poorly the animals were taken care of . Pets were in cages with dried up food and feces stuck to there bottoms. It was a disgrace. When I told ny friend to complain to the administrater, she said it was useless. The woman had been there for three years and had done nothing. She probably doesn't even have any pets that she cares about. This was my friends last ever visit to that place. She also placed a call to the SPCA. Hopefully they will take some action.
