TERRIBLE customer service, I would absolutely NOT recommend anyone to buy a dress from this bridal shop. I ordered a dress (from a rather rude sales associate named Kate) in November that took longer than 6 months to receive. When it finally arrived, it was the wrong color (a mistake that Sandra's wouldn't own up to, but blamed it on the manufacturer for not specifying how they should order the product). Also, it was sewn completely crooked and was ripped (keep in mind this passed Sandra's ""inspection"" when they received it). My wedding is in October, so I received a dress that took more than 6 months to ""custom tailor"" only 5 months before the big day and had to have it sent back to get an entirely new dress. I was reassured that it would be perfect and would be back at Sandra's in 4-6 weeks because ""the manufacturer thought my wedding was in August."" I called just 2 weeks later to cancel the order all together and was told that that was not an option and was given no other alternative. It is now 10 weeks later and the dress has still not arrived. When I called to inquire about the status of my dress order, I was told ""it is due any day and we will call you when it comes in."" I informed the associate that it was due any day over 2 weeks ago and that this was unacceptable, to which I received no apology and was brushed off yet again. I have resorted to buying a second (more beautiful, might I add) dress from a different company because I can't possibly put my trust in this atrocious company to follow through with their empty promises. I hate that I have given them even a penny towards their completely unacceptable behavior and cheaply made product. This will not be the last bad review I submit.
