We bought a Carcaise Home in Brighton Fields. We are VERY disappointed in John Carcaise and his follow up on our one-year warranty. We had a water leak INSIDE the house for three months and the only way we were able to get it fixed was to make a sign and threaten to post it in our yard. In fact his sister sent us an unprofessional letter calling us COMPLAINERS. We had to have our whole yard dug up in the middle of January. This was after we paid $4000 to have our yard graded and backfilled, another task that was supposed to be completed by John Carcaise that was discussed at the closing. After 5 months our whole driveway started disintegrating. John informed me that it is not his responsibility to fix the driveway because he sub-contracts it out. We are in the process of filing a civil suit against John and his company with the local magistrate. Stop by and check out our deteriorating driveway at the last house on the left, in the cul-de-sac, in Brighton Fields and I will provide you a copy of the unprofessional letter that his sister Julie sent us.
