Review content:
We had them add a DVD over-head player. It is true that even though it says ""FREE INSTALL"" it isn't. They say it is because it depends on the type of car. We had a moon-roof that I guess made it more. But they were totally up front and told us how much it all would be. Omar was our salesman and Christa (I think that was her name) did the install. She was AMAZING! We had not had our SUV for more than a week and I couldn't figure out how to get the rear camera working on reverse and many other things. She took the time to teach me how to use stuff I already had in my car! We were able to do 12 months same as cash and that was a nice option for us. They did such a good job we went back and had them put in an alarm in our other car. I would totally recommend them to any of my friends. At least those two employees! It was a great experience. I was shocked because I was really scared reading all the online ratings for any company that does these types of things. GOOD JOB GUYS! I am sure our son will go there when he gets his own car in a year or two! : )
