I would not recommend this place to anyone. Mike Bowles, Terri Bowles and their employees are extremely rude and condescending people. I walked in to purchase a tag for my new truck with all of my paperwork including my paperwork for exemptions because I am a disabled veteran. I was told a piece of paperwork was incorrect so I called the Veterans Affairs office promptly (within 10 minutes of being there) and was asked to have Terri or Mike Bowles fax them the paperwork so it could be corrected and they said they would do so. While I waited I was told a person from the Tax Commission told them not to accept my paperwork. I eventually spoke to her and was informed they misrepresented the situation to her also and the issue could have been cleared up easily. About nine times I was asked to leave and get my tags elsewhere because I called to check their story and found it was a lie. Then after about an hour of being there I found out they lied about faxing the paperwork to the Veterans Affairs office. Why they lied to me at every turn I believe was in part due to discrimination on their part. Then to top it off Mike Bowles started complaining and threatened my three year son. when I responded to him he walked toward me with clenched fist and I told him he better think twice before doing anything stupid. This is the worst place to do anything. The reason they never have lines is they don't have repeat customers. Horrible people all around.
