I purchased a sump set up for several hundred dollars and was told that though there was no manual not to worry, it was a great system, it would work perfectly, and if I had any problems I could bring it back. It is an adaquate system, the pump that came with it never worked, at all, and they will not replace the pump, they want me to fix it, and when I pushed to make them replace something that they sold to me broken I was told, ""we do not have any control over this cr** from China, you are not fu**ing listening to what I am saying, it is probably just the rotor stuck (on a brand new pump?), it is a great system and your just a b****, and I don't have to deal with you"" and click my phone went dead. He was mad because I have been ""bothering"" him about them selling me a defective pump. They have always been arrogant and rude, the owner will continue personal conversations while you are waiting to be assisted, but this sump suckered me, I did not realize how cheesey and poorly made it was until I installed it and could see it next to my old sump. Their rock has atapsia and when they do deign to talk to you about fish you are interested in purchasing they lie easy. Do not buy from them, don't even go in the store, save yourself the hassel and the money.

Cons: atapsia, rude owner, ""brand new"" pumps sold already broken and no returns
