Review content:
My family and I are no strangers to the Fremont/Grant area, we would frequently get pizza at Amalfi's after school as kids. Since then I moved to Vancouver and haven't had much of a chance to attend my family and I's favorite restaurant, until a few nights ago. My sister recently got engaged and decided to hold her engagement party in the Amalfi's banquet room, I was excited to finally get the chance to bring my own kids in to try their famous pizza! The server was amazing, I can't quite remember her name.....but she was very kind and attentive, we had a large salad (with their famous garlic bleu cheese dressing) an antipasti platter (that was practically overflowing with veggies) five different kinds of pizza (the Mediterranean was my fav) and Carbonnarra pasta! My youngest child who is five loved the Hawaiian pizza, and the server was even thoughtful enough to bring her shirly temple in a plastic cup with a lid! When leaving I noticed the new bar, and the hostess mentioned to me that they recently won happy hour of the year, I can't wait to to find a sitter so that I can test their bar menu out for myself!
