When my car had taken damage from a careless driver performing a hit and run, my insurance company highly recommended C&H Carstar Collision in Fairborn. I had never worked with them before and, honestly, I was a little nervous since I wouldn't be working with my usual guy I see whenever I need repairs. I have to say though, I am beyond pleased with the work done on my scion! It looks brand new! The owner, Ed, and the rest of the staff are extremely knowledgeable and attended to my needs in a way that made me feel like I was a long time customer, eventhough I had never worked with them before. I can safely say that this experience has been the most seemless one I have ever had. They have a real commitment to personalized service and customer satisfaction that I had never come across in dealing with anyone else. It was well worth going the extra mile from Dayton to Fairborn, because the nice folks at C&H Carstar went the extra mile for me!
