I dont understand the low ratings below. Mr. Notch really knows his stuff. Hes thorough and detail-oriented, I appreciate his professionalism. I dropped by the shop with my son-in-law to find a gas fireplace for his home. John made great suggestions and went out of his way to make sure that we understood the pros and cons, he was very informative. Soon enough, we had him over to take measurements for the fireplace and as soon as the unit we ordered arrived, John came to install it. The fireplace works great and we are content and satisfied with Johns customer service. He deserves a higher rating.
Pros: Competent, professional, informative, quick and painless
Cons: Frankly none!
