I took my car in for an insurance repair, to fix a dent that ran all the way down the side. AAA recommended them. They were nice, repairs done well, no problem. Then a few weeks later the passenger door wouldn't open from the outside. I'm used to fixing stuff like that myself, and it didn't occur to me at the time that it might have been related to the repair work. The fix turned out to be a bigger PITA than I was willing to deal with, and I decided to take it in, still not really thinking it was caused by the repair work. Tom looked at it, remembered that they had worked on it, and told me he'd see what he could do. It took a couple of days for the part to get in, but they fixed it and didn't charge me, even for the part. So I'm a happy camper. They do good work, they stand behind it, and they're nice guys to boot.
