Review content:
Although the atmosphere was pleasant, we had a poorly prepared meal. Most of the steaks were overcooked and dry. I decided that mine was so well done that I could not eat it so I sent mine back and requested ""medium"". Everyone at the table had already finished eating when mine was brought out. This time, however, it was rare. I tried to speak to the owner a few days later to review what went wrong. After leaving three phone messages requesting a return phone call, she sent me an email which did not address my concerns. I finally contacted her by phone and her response to my unpleasant experience was, ""next time you should go to Ruth's Chris"". This is good advice.
Pros: Nice atmosphere. Good Greek salad.
Cons: Inconsistent kitchen.
