When it was time to replace our old carpet, we made our rounds & visited most of the flooring business in the Clear Lake area. By far, the best experience we?ve had was at Rugmasters. The owner was informative & thorough. Even after hurricane Ike while the power was still out, we were still able to visit with the owner at the showroom to look at samples & options. He made sure we had exactly what we needed & when we needed it.
Pros: Large selection & choices, informative, friendly, meticulous.
Cons: NONE!
