I recently had my wedding reception at 2616 and had a fantastic experience. I was a little worried after reading some negative reviews that had posted since we had booked the venue but then I received a call from Lisa who told me that she was the new event manager. From her first phone call I already felt better and I truly enjoyed the rest of the planning process. She spent lots of time with us and thought of all the little things I would not have. She helped me chose a caterer and arranged for bartenders to serve the alcohol since we chose to bring our own. She also reserved the parking lot next door for our guests to park. When we arrived the day of the venue was very clean and everything was set up exactly how we expected. The reception was beautiful and all the guests had only nice things to say and several even commented on how helpful the staff was. I highly recommend this venue to anyone planning an event. Don’t let the bad reviews scare you off from this wonderful venue. The new staff was very professional and my experience was nothing like those described in past bad reviews.
