Review content:
Warning to potential customers: Get a written quote with parts AND labor detailed on it. My ""quote"" only listed the problems, but the prices for parts AND labor were scribbled on a sheet of paper that THEY kept. I learned this the hard way after going to pick up my vehicle and finding out that the total came out to over $300 MORE than what they ""told"" me.
First one guy tells me that the computer system was the cause of the problem for having given them incorrect parts prices. (Whatever!) Then Ray tells me there is nothing wrong with the computer system and tries to convince me that his quote was for parts only. Not true because the price he scribbled and the price of the part weren't even the same to begin with - my ears and memory work perfectly fine!
Yes, they did the job. But watch your wallets and consider going somewhere else where they WON'T lie to you!
