I don?t recommend using Aapex Property Management; I had a very bad experience with them when it came to my security deposit. I have a very good reputation with all my landlords and property management companies that I have used in the past, and i never had such a bad experience. They over charged me on repairs and damages that were never done to the place. They have done 2 adjustments and they still don?t get it right it has been almost 3 months since I moved out of the unit and I am still fighting for my deposit.
