George Jr was on time, and professional, and accurate phone quote. The job was to replace a ten year old spring that broke. Since there had been no maintainance to this garage door since it was new ten years ago I thought other issues may be found as well. Sure enough George pointed out the original rollers quality (or lack there of) and showed me the upgraded rollers he could replace them with, if I wanted to. The upgrade made a noticable difference in smoothness and noise.
