We went here to get a specific sized chair. Siskin recommended them. The paper sign should have been the clue.
They are poorly managed and after they have your insurance contract, if they believe there are any so called ""hitches"" they will report their equipment as stolen to the police in order to recuperate it.
They abused and extorted us by threatening to report our wheelchair as stolen if we didn't give it to them immediately. We offered to rent it even longer than we wanted, which they denied (they wanted us to buy it for $1500). We were there to upgrade and decided not to because other companies have better options. They didn't like that we were going elsewhere for business and wanted to reclaim their chair which we still had a half a month on for our rental.
My mother ended up in the car with no wheelchair and had just had chemotherapy. She had to go to the bathroom but we couldn't get her out because we had no wheelchair, because ""immediately"" for Holland Medical Equipment happened to be just after 5pm and all the stores were closed and we did not want to risk having a police report about us which they threatened.
You may think this won't happen to you, but this company is in the ghetto and they use any extortion they think is appropriate. I hope hospitals and Siskin stays far away from this company. They are heartless and completely unprofessional.
