Review content:
We bought a beautiful Munire nursery furniture set from Karl's. Their prices were the best and we had great service while there. Delivery was a week later than expected, but we were kept informed and knew this would be the case. Delivery and set-up folks were great - nice, efficient, and did a great job!
After taking down a shelf from the hutch (to turn hutch into changing table) we saw that there was a large coloring stain on the furniture. While it took several follow-up calls on our part, within 2 weeks we had a brand new piece of furniture all set up and looking great.
I can understand the frustration re: customer service after delivery, but if you remain persistent and agreeable, the people at Karl's do get things done and you wind up with lovely furniture!
