My husband and I were looking for a dive shop where I could take lessons since my husband was already a diver. We called all of the shops and instructors we could find in the yellow pages and looking online. The first shop we went to was the shop that gave us the best quote over the phone. Once we got to the shop they started adding on more things that we needed that they did not tell us about on the phone and out lessons would have been over $400.00! The other shops and instructors we visited were either rude or did not have time to talk with us. We went to Scuba Adventures and met Wes and his wife Mickey who are instructors and the owners of the shop. They were friendly swapping dive stories with my husband. They were also knowledgable, about diving and the price the quoted us was the price we paid. They even gave us a discount on our gear! The classes were fun, our dive trip was awesome and I was trained to be a safe and confident diver. I would HIGHLY recommend Scuba Adventures, Wes and Mickey to anyone wanting to take lessons or travel with the best!
Pros: Friendly knowlegable staff, went the extraI mile to make me comfortabel above and below water.
Cons: The shop was not huge and they did not have a pool on site, but the services and lower prices made up for it!
