I have been going to Preston for a bit over a year now and I always leave with exactly what I asked for. About a month ago, he was booked and I needed to get in to see someone before I left on a two week vacation! I decided to go to one of the stylists who is quite promoted as of late through the Citysearch reviews. Actually she was the only one available (I now know why!). Ouch! My color was all wrong although she used his formula. I'm guessing it was her technique (or maybe she had just stayed out too late the night before!). She offered a redo -- but I didn't have the time to come back before I left. Lesson learned -- Just because one stylist is fantastic, doesn't mean they all are. I'm back to Preston to stay.
