RUDE! From the receptionist at the front desk to the nurses to DR. Mandato HIMSELF, they are all RUDE! I had trouble finding the office so I called 5 minutes before the appointment and said that I may be a little late and the woman behind the desk said that I was the last appt of the day and the Dr. was ready to go. I ended up being 10 minutes late, I felt bad but I called to tell them. When I got there they said to me multiple times that I was the last appt for the day and the Dr. is ready to go. I felt like I should leave! Then the nurse came out and said that she?ll take me RIGHT back because I?m the last appt and the dr. is ready to leave ? no joke. I went to the exam room and it got worse from there. The nurse chucked a cotton swab at me and told me to take off my nail polish, then went out to talk to the Dr. and I could hear them talking about me outside the door. ?SHE thinks this, SHE thinks that? because I was misinformed about what procedure I would have done at that particular visit. I thought maybe it?s just the staff at that point until Mandato started berating me about my latex allergy. ?How do you know you have a latex allergy? Were you ever tested?? Isn?t it just enough for me to tell you that I have a reaction to latex and please use latex free gloves?
