buyer beware would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. I live in texas my father lives in ortonville mi, he had taken his tower (which i custom built for him he's disabled and enjoys it very much) to this place to get repaired as it wouldnt power on, they diagnosed it as bad power supply ocz 700 mod power extreme he called me to let me know what was going on i told him we had warranty on it and i called them to let them know and asked them to hold on to let us get the rma process going as we have 3 yrs parts and labor warranty she replied that they wouldn't replace it due to build up of dust hard to believe as my father sprays the tower out monthly he's very proud of it as it's a custom built gaming system high end parts and was built as a show pc (we custom build Gaming systems in texas and are always built to show side windows custom lighting so all wiring done to conceal wires she claims it just made her job harder)and that power supply in backwards well power supply installs so draws cool air in from bottom of towers to keep them running cooler instead of pulling interior hot air thru it which she couldn't understand at that point told me they were not a very experienced company any ways she charged him 129.00 for new ocz 700 watt power supply which any consumer can buy for between $79.00-$89.00 complete well due to brother landing up having a masive heart attack i made the trip up there to be with him , i went to p/u tower they didn't give me new power cord but gave us a used one and the old power supply as i was doing an rma on it to get it replaced and would have a back up one if needed in future, well wasn't thinking at the time that i also needed component wires to plug into p/s for video card/hard drives/cd drive/and aux that she didn't give to me as needed to get the unit replaced i called 2 days later to tell her i needed them she at that time told me she doesn't get the retail version with all power cables just the power supply bubble wrapped from her supplier, so we asked why she charged more for o.e.m. version than retail and now we are unable to get unit replaced and was charged way to much told her to see about doing a credit back and readjust chg' as i felt he was taken advantage of as the warranty from ocz covered parts and labor for three yrs which she should have worked with my dad to get this covered and she would have gotten her labor for the repair and he wouldn't have had to buy the power supply i've never had problems with ozc getting defective parts replaced but will not reccomend this place poor business practices.they landed up telling us well sue me didn't want to make any kind of credit on charges to make this situation go away. PLEASE BEWARE
