Review content:
My car was showing signs of major brake problems. When I called, Auto Logic's schedule was full for the coming week and then was scheduled to be closed for its summer holiday. Despite those impediments, they fit me in out of concern for the safety of me and other drivers. They have always done exceptionally good work on my autos, always explain the necessity of the work, and never do anything other than engender trust in their work and intentions.
The staff are kind, honest, and get to the bottom line without ever sacrificing honesty. If Enron, Lehman Bros., Goldman-Sachs, etc., had people like Auto Logic's staff at the helm, the US would be in much less of a mess--seriously. I'm not reviewing auto repair so much as I'm reviewing integrity & ethical congruence, and Auto Logic scores high. --John, Durham, NC
