In the chapel hill area, you have more than a few choices for sushi, but if you want the best, you go to Akai Hana. Their tempura is second to none, and their rolls are always fresh and delicious. Their sushi bar is always quick and is a great place if you're wanting a fast, delicious meal on your own. If you're dining with someone, you'll find the restaurant's ambience to be modern and comfortable. There's limited parking in their lot, but plenty of space right across the street, so it's never a hassle to get to the restaurant - something rare in the chapel hill area. Bottom line? Great sushi, fast service, great atmosphere.
