I've been eating sushi for 25 years and this is the best tasting andd freshest sushi I have ever had. The staff is very pleasant and courteous and always asks us if we enjoyed our meal. The salmon and unagi (eel) is outstanding and melts in your mouth. Their best dish is the Super Whitefish which is something I have never found, even in New York or California. The food is always very consistent, whether you go there for lunch or dinner. It's the only place we go to in Chapel Hill/Carrboro.
