Review content:
House fire 3/10/2008 in Clairemont (San Diego). Hired Jamy Villa to represent us with AAA insurance. AAA tried to low-ball us the first day, but Jamy fought for us, representing our position and handling the interface with AAA so that we could get on with life. If we'd tried to do this ourselves, we would have lost weeks of pay from missing work. He has been great to work with, easy to contact, and responsive to our requests. He maximized our insurance claim return, without resorting to unethical practices.
By the way, this isn't necessarily a knock against AAA. They have a profit margin to maintain, and they do that by paying as little as necessary. It is our job, as consumers, to fight for all that we're entitled, and Jamy did that well.
