Before I bought my car from H & S I shopped few used dealerships without having good luck; some of dealerships the sales people did'nt have the knowledge about their cars and some of them were rude! But when I went to H & S I saw the sales people with smiles on their faces and I felt comfortable especially when I saw the vehicle I was shopping for! Then the salesman came in & greated me and asked if he can help me finding the right car for me, and then he brought the kays for the Mercury that I wanted and we went for a test drive and I told him that this is the car i wanted and it took him half and hour to get the paper work ready knowing that my credit history was not that good!!.
