I've been putting off repairing a couple of what I thought were really expensive dings on my car, mostly because I didnt want to deal with the typical service folks and hassle with taking my car to a repair location. I called up Ryan the evening, left a voicemail, and he was onsite at my office building by 10am the next day to give me an estimate of my damage. He noted that he would also be able to do the repairs at that time as well, if I was fine with the estimate. He gave me a great quote for all the large and small dings on my car (choosing not to nickel and dime me based on each particular dent). I was happy with the price, and an hour and half later after I was seated comfortably in my office doing email, he gave me a call and I went down to view the results. I was extremely impressed with the quality of work and how very little hassle there was beginning to end. A big plus is that Ryan is also a super nice, professional, and courteous guy.
