Review content:
We are staying the night in Marianna on our way back to Baton Rouge from Disney. We are here since it was near our hotel. This may be the worst KFC I've ever eaten in. The cashier was kind but clueless, but probably by no fault of his own judging by the manager on duty. We went in about 6:30pm tonight. The tables were all dirty, as well as the floors. All trash cans were over flowing. I got unsweetened tea in my cup and had to ask for lids which were out in the lobby. Then I asked for sweetener since there was none in the lobby, and according to the cashier who wandered around a bit looking for some in a box, they were out of all types of sweetener. Then I tried to order a 4 piece meal and they were out of thighs and legs and said it would be about 8 minutes to make more. I ordered 3 bottles of water and they only had 1 left. My sister asked for some more ketchup cups since she used the last one in the lobby and she was told they were out, and then i saw a bag of them behind the register as I searched for utensils to ask for which were not given to me with the bowl I ordered. The manager was wandering around with her shirt untucked and when we left, was sitting on the curb in the parking lot smoking while talking to 3 crew members about how late she was going to keep them. Was a sad situation.
Pros: Contemporary, updated decor
Cons: Bad service, out of everything, we assume bad management
