I've been going to Pilates classes for 30 years and Body Aligned is the best group I've ever found. I started with them in the Palisades about six years go and I've followed them to their current location, still in the Palisades. The combination of Margaret and Andrea is amazing. Margaret targets posture and body dynamics while Andres goes after your abs and core strength. My body has really changed since I started with them and the atmosphere in the space is incredible. Relaxing, but fun. The time flies. I take classes, duos and privates - they're all great. Margaret and Andrea are completely professional, conscientious and responsible. The workouts are varied, safe and up to date. Their equipment is all new and complete. The whole Stott pizza combo. Parking is easy and there's a Starbuck's downstairs. Who could ask for anything more?
