Review content:
I will start with the beginning of the day when they get their food delivered to them. Often times it will sit in the back alley for a hour baking in the hot sun, then after having to push cockroaches off of some of the product they put it in their cooler, which when I was last there was deemed unusable by the health department. Next comes food prep and lunch time. Not only have I seen them send out ROTTEN meat, they defrost food in their dish sinks, with dirty dishes piling up on them. They never use sanitation buckets, and when they handle raw chicken they don't wash their hands afterward. The product they use is the worst quality I have ever seen, Which I might mention they charge an arm and a leg for. Cockroaches everywhere, their desserts are frozen, one cook looks at porn during his break, and seafood is not held at the proper temperature to be safe. Unprofessional, rude, and stupid. Skip this place, you will only be disappointed. Whatever anyone argues don't listen to them. Also, half of the reviews on this website are obviously from friends or family of the owner, don't trust them, this place is awful, maybe only one decent Italian place in cypress, and that would be cafe amore, the owner there really cares about his food.
