I visited this restaurant in January when it had first opened. I wasn't impressed and thought I would never come back. My wife, however, had come recently with some of her girlfriends on ""ladies night out"" and was impressed with the food and the service. She surprised me taking me there for my 45!! birthday last Friday and invited 5 other couples. What a blast!! The food was awesome. Something has certainly changed since they opened back in January. They told me they have a new chef and that the attention to quality is number one - no kidding!! The food was the best I have tried anywhere in Houston (and overseas for that matter). The service was outstanding. My celebration was like if I was having a party at home! The owners came frequently to ensure everything was fine; they sent us special deserts, dessert wines, etc. We just didn't want to leave but we realized we were the last table and was well past midnight. Nobody pushed us out - actually it looked like everybody was sharing the fun with us. What a night!! I just can't say enough. I will be there again... very soon.
