I love Tasty Tacos food. I'm sure it's unhealthy but sometimes you just have to throw caution to the wind when tacos taste this good. I haven't eaten there in 5 years and it's not because of the food. I ALWAYS ordered the Chicken tacos. I have never ordered a beef taco at Tasty Tacos. They got my order wrong one weekend so I called them and told them I was bringing them back to trade out for my chicken tacos. I was told once I leave the building I can't bring food back or get a refund. Needless to say, I was upset. I went back about 1 month later and all was fine. A couple months later I stopped by and placed my usual chicken taco order. The girl who took my order was on the phone with her boyfriend and they were fighting. This was the same girl who got my order wrong a few months back. I made a mental note to check my order in the lobby before I left with the food. Sure enough they gave me 3 beef tacos. I turned around and told the girl about the mistake, gave her the beef tacos and asked for my original order of 3 chicken tacos. She said no. She was adamant that I ordered beef. I reminded her she was on the phone fighting with her boyfriend when she took my order. She denied that it was her boyfriend but when I repeated many of the things she said on the phone while she was taking my order.....well, let's just say her face got red, she stopped talking to me and went in the kitchen to talk to the cook. She was whispering in his ear for a few minutes, he then turned around, looked at me and shook his head. He wasn't going to correct the mistake. There was a LONG line forming behind me. I told the girl and the chef that I wasn't going to move until I got a refund. If I didn't move, no one else would be able to place their orders. I got a refund and have never been back.
