What a terrible experience today at RSVP by Linda. I walked in looking for a Birthday Card and a little white dog shoots out of the back office barking and begins to nip at my pant leg. The lady in the back office is on the phone and basically ignores me and continues to talk on the phone while her little dog goes nuts. After 3 minutes she finally asks her telephone customer to hold so she can gain control of the situation. In these tough economical times customer service makes the difference in making you or breaking you, So beware of RSVP by Linda or beware of dog!
