Bob Graf from Shaper Image conned my parents out ouf thousands of dollars, would not return their phone calls, and never showed up to do the job. I also found out he spent ten years in jail for assault. This guy is BAD NEWS and goes door to door preying on old people. There's a special place in hell for guys like him. He is rotten to the core!
