I'm picky about who comes into my home to do any type of service, and I'd welcome the guys who work for Phoenix Cleaning Solutions into my home anytime.
I've been using this company for years for everything from general carpet cleaning to emergency situations caused by pets and children, if you know what I mean! They are always quick to get me on their schedule, and if I call with one of these emergencies after hours or they can't come out immediately, the owner himself gives me a call with instructions on how best to save my carpet and minimize the damage until they can get here. They have ALWAYS been clean, respectful of my home and courteous. Being a small, family run business makes such a difference, since it's the same people who clean my home each time. I trust them so much that I've even left my home unlocked so they could come clean my carpets when I wasn't at home. You can't go wrong with this company for reliability in getting your carpets cleaned because they're not satisfied until your satisfied with their service.
