Bought a little pre-formed pond kit at Lowe's, and within a week, the pond was GREEN - nasty!! I had no idea why, and what to do. It came with a little filter, but apparently, that wasn't enough. Found this nice little place called Marsha's Koi and Watergardens, and decided to give it a try. The people that worked there were very friendly, and they helped me to understand what my little pond needed. I got some prices on the things that they said that I needed, and went back about a week later and purchased it (something called a UV). Within one week, my pond was CRYSTAL clear. I have also purchased some nice plants from this place.
Pros: Total THUMBS UP!!
Cons: A small place that sometimes gets very busy - not alot of parking
