Review content:
Chuck E Cheese at The Forum: the Kid Check program is very very different than their commercials show. It is hardly ever manned properly and people are just walking past the entrance willy nilly with their kids (everyone is supposed to be checked to match up their stamps so kids aren't stolen)- they were exposed on the news a few years ago for not doing the Kid Check properly, you would think they would keep up on that. It is clean enough (not always though) which is the only saving grace, the staff and management is very slow for customer service and keeping machines stocked and working, and the Kid Check program is false advertising compared to their commercials.
