Businiess name:  Primo Custom Tailoring

Review content:
Primo tailoring is the best tailor in Pittsburgh, hands down. I actually signed up on this website to write the review. I stumbled upon it when looking for primos phone number. I was shocked to see that the only reviews were negative. The one mentions that Primo told him/her that they should have brought their ticket. How is this negative? They are working with 100s of articles of clothing that are probably organized by number...obviously, they would need the ticket....which is why they give you a copy. They other's gripe was that they paid $18 for a pair of pants. Really? They're complaining about $18? Isn't that pretty standard for a hem...especially if it was a euro hem? I've been going to Primo for a few years now and what I love about Primo is that quality of the work. If you have nice clothing and care about them, it's definitely worth spending a few extra bucks. He has done some pretty involved work for me and he did it flawlessly. I have had other tailors ruin clothing. I know and trust that this will never happen. Also, the guy who does the measuring (who i'm assuming is the tailor and owner) and the other staff have been nothing less than friendly.
