I called Fix Whiz Computers and was able to speak to the lead technician, Jorge, right away. He was able to make an appointment that very same day. When he showed up and was looking at my laptop, you could tell that he was extremely knowledgeable. He had to take my laptop with him because I had a really bad Trojan virus, but when he brought it back the next day; my laptop ran even better than when I first bought it. He showed me how I can scan my computer on a regular basis as well as check on downloaded content prior to installing it on my computer so that I can prevent another situation like this. Thanks to him showing me that, I haven?t had another virus since! Their pricing was also EXTREMELY reasonable and MUCH LESS than the big guys. I will NEVER take my computer to the big guys again! Ever since my awesome experience, I have referred all of my friends to Fix Whiz Computers and I will ONLY use them going forward. Thank you, Jorge for turning such a scary experience into a good one.
