Review content:
Most of the staff are friendly and accomodating. We booked a room under a ""champagne and rose petals"" package and brought our small akita. We were warmly welcomed and the promised amenities were waiting for us, along with new dog dishes and dog treats (biscuits shaped like cats). Room was nicely decorated; king-sized bed with comfortable linens, floor-to-ceiling window treatments, large marble bathroom, and fantastic view keep us coming back. The doormen are consistently helpful and friendly -- the best part of the staff at the Plaza.
