Review content:
In December 2005 I hired Quarry Stone to produce and install a kitchen countertop. Within one year the countertop started cracking near the stove. My calls for service or warranty were ignored, and little contact from Quarry Stone was heard. They claimed next time they were in the Ripon area they would stop by to investigate the problem. They never stopped by, even with repeated calls about the problem. The crack started to turn black as dirt was collecting in it. Finally in 2011 a technician stopped by to look and told me the countertop was too high or the stove was to low so heat from the stove would get caught under the countertop causing the crack. He said he would have someone contact me about warranty or cost of repairs. Again, it has been months and I have heard nothing at all. Then I sent an e-mail asking for contact but I heard nothing back. What is really interesting is they installed the countertop and the stove was the same height at that time and I was I not told of potential problems then. I have since put rollers under the stove to raise it above the countertop to alleviate the problem. I still would like contact for repairs. I would never suggest doing business with Quarry Stone because of their poor customer service.
