HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!! My husband and I moved here with our 6 month old daughter while he attended AIT. WHAT A MISTAKE! Since day 1 I have had numerous issues with the tenant above me (throwing cigg butts and beer cans on my patio, loud parties, stomping through the breezeways and on stairs). I could not tell you how many times I have complained, but nothing has been done! This past weekend, that same tenant threw a party and someone threw up outside my door - I was blamed. A note was put on my door informing me that I was in violation of my lease and our surroundings would be inspected the following day. When I went in the office to speak to someone, Rosa (office manager), repeatedly interrupted me and would laugh at my complaints. I left the note on her desk, only to find that hours later, it had been replaced on my door. Needless to say, nothing has been done about the tenant above me. Also, there have been numerous break-in attempts on the apartments in the complex. I am honestly scared to be outside past dusk, there are always drug dealers walking around the premises harrassing whoever may be outside. The apartments are right next to another run-down, ghetto complex. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR SINGLE WOMEN OR CHILDREN!! I am SO thankful that we are leaving next month! I am currently in the process of contacting the district manager to file a formal complaint.
