I have been using this place for almost 2 decades. The owner does fine work. I trust his work implicitly, BUT he has a terrible attitude and acts like he hates everyone. Go here, but don't expect a friendly manner. He also seems especially intolerant of children. My 3 yr old son tried to move a chair over 2 feet so he could stand and see the man doing his work. He is also deeply annoyed by phone inquiries. Don't call for questions about progress or rough estimates to repair things.
Pros: Shoe repair is fine
Cons: Shopkeeper has very bad attitude
