Andy Boulieris knows a head of hair! I've been looking for a good haircut since I got to Seattle a year and a half ago, and have finally found it in this small, unassuming shop. I walk by two other shops to go to this one because this guy is a pro: plain and simple. Call for an appointment, and make sure you budget enough time so he can do it right.
