HORRIBLE!!!! run away!!!!!!!!!!!!chuck was rude and slimy:(...the exact definition of a sleazy car salesman...other reviews must b his friends or family...sold a 03 honda van that none of the features worked for 9000$ AND and 04 chrysler van that had less mileage and everything worked great in....got it sat and went right back up there but they were closed...mon was holiday so this morning went up there and was told could nt have original van back and was kicked out yelled at and had cops called on me for pointing out he had to know he was gettin over so to speak...Chuck u should be ashamed and ur mom and wife should b embarrassed....terrible waste of a man....oh....and when i asked to speak to manager he wouldnt b in til 9 at 9 he woulnt be in til10 at 10 he wouldnt be in til 11 and yes at 1030 he may b sick and may not be coming in:(....wow!!!....so sad so many have no values:(
