Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles is an LA institution and anyone who claims to be a local has to eat here before they actually are one. I have been here several times with friends and every time the food is great and the atmosphere is entertaining. If it is your first time at Roscoe's, you need to order one of the chicken and waffle combos. Cut the chicken and waffles up into little pieces. Take a piece of each and dunk them in the maple syrup. It sounds a little weird but it is incredible! Trust me.
