i am a long time regular at this place and spend quite a bit of money there. food portions are great and the quality is pretty good as well. i prefer to eat at the bar (faster service and more personal service). great kobe beef burger there as well as some pretty sweet buffalo bites and wings. take my advice and stand around the bar and wait for the people who are hogging up bar space while waiting for a table. i have never waited more than 15 minutes for a seat(s). all the bartender there are great (except this clown dave who seems to have the personality of a wet mop. seriously this guy has pr skills of osam bin laden. was just in recently and could have drop kicked him for his attitude) anyway, this is the most popular spot in the mall to eat so i wouldn't complain about the wait.
Pros: long wait but get with it already, bar service much quicker. kobe burger is great
Cons: lot's of mall ""riff raff"" i.e. out of towners who don't know it's rude to sit at the bar and not eat or drink while waiting for a table.
