I took my computer in there because of a few minor issues. 3 MONTHS later I get it back and it is WORSE than when I took it in there. I have left messages for the owner to please call me and have not heard back from them yet. They lost all of my data that was on there, and most days I can not get it to turn on! I was hoping for a refund, but when I call no one answers the phone. I even was across the street and saw an employee there. So I called and watched her look at the caller ID and did not answer the phone! I went in and asked for the owner and was told she was out. I am tired of dealing with them, and have had to get someone else to fix my computer! SO Bottom line, 3 months and $280 later computer is WORSE than when I took it in there. AND another $80 later, to someone else, my computer is FINALLY fixed. AND it was a simple fix. Something Computer MD forgot to do! SAVE yourself and go elsewhere to get your stuff worked on. Also they sell CLEAR and push it on you as soon as you walk in the door!
